B.A.P is an acronym for Best. Absolute. Perfect and how the six members all want to emulate each meaning of the three words as the best, absolute and perfect group.

From strong vocals to powerful rapping skills, B.A.P is best known for their rough and tough, `if you look at me in the eye I’ll crush you!’ image. Apparently bad boys really get the girls going. Even though they have just debuted this year they have a large following as newbies.

The concept of B.A.P is that they are six aliens from the Planet Mato ( Code : B124AP224 ), who invaded earth in order to save their dying planet. Each member represents one Mato or “bunny” as people perceive them to be. The concept was played out in their SBS MTV reality show “Ta-Dah its B.A.P”.

Facts:

- He started doing music in his 3rd year of middle school.
- He went to Yuhan Technical High School and got offered a scholarship for college, which he did not attend.
- He participated in writing all the songs from their “WARRIOR”, “POWER” and “STOP IT” single albums as well as his debut single “I Remember”. He also wrote all the songs from their first mini album “NO MERCY”, except for “Dancing In The Rain” and “What My Heart Tells Me To Do”, where he only wrote the rap parts.
- The first song he ever composed was “Voicemail” from their first mini album “NO MERCY”.
- He’s been writing lyrics ever since he was younger, so writing lyrics is something that’s very important to him. He’s the happiest when he writes his story and releases an album with those lyrics.

- His stage name “ZELO” comes from the Greek and Roman God Mythology “Zelus” whom was the god of rivalry.
- He’s the baby in the ‘male idol family tree’.
- Enjoys being the maknae because the members take good care of him, even though they tease him a lot.

- One day Dynamic Duo was performing at the Gwangju terminal and he took a picture with them. Ever since then he’s admired them.

Facts :

- Placed first in JYP’s 6^th Audition and trained there for a year. He left the company due to personal reasons and later on a person he knew introduced him to his current company, TS Entertainment.
- He was a back up dancer for SECRET.
- He’s the “brain” of the group. In “Ta-Dah! It‘s B.A.P” he is the “Brain” of the group (thus his nickname) and believes that they can take over the world by being respectful [Which Bang adamantly disagrees with].  He holds a grudge against any member that shuts down his ideas, and during his free time he loves to go to the electronic store.
- He’s really responsible and meticulous about everything he does and he speaks well.
- His favorite ice cream flavor is green tea.
- His ideal type is someone similar to Kang Sora’s character in the movie “Sunny”.

- He was a back up dancer for SECRET and Untouchable.- He said his english name is ‘Peater’ .
- When he was in middle school he created a dance club with his friends and entered dance competitions, one of which was directed by a casting manager.
- He doesn’t work out much; his muscles are mainly from dancing.
- He says the charm of dancing is being able to freestyle dance to however your body moves when listening to a song. He believes that a performance always needs a new and unpredictable technique or fun elements. Thus, he wants to be a performer who puts in shocking elements, eliminates one-pattern things, and tries different colors out.
- He calls his biceps ‘Cheetos’ and it’s also one of his nicknames.
- He tends to get shy a lot but he knows how to speak about his thoughts.
